Description
As outlined by the new Chairman of The Anglo-Portuguese Society, Mr Andrew Harcourt, through his chairmanship he and the Executive Committee seek to put a greater emphasis on Culture, Education & Diplomacy. This joint event with The John Adams Society, the Alumni Association of the US Embassy Exchange programmes in the UK, is our first event in the Diplomacy arena. The purpose of this event is to promote discussion and debate on the importance of cyber challenges with regards diplomacy, and how they can be addressed through National Strategies and Bilateral Co-operation Agreements.
This, the first of many joint events to come, aims to broaden the reach of the Society, building bridges of friendship with similar organisations.
